During my undergraduate studies in architecture at XJTLU, I have developed my interest in the relationships between space and functions. The projects and workshops I did at that time led me to think about how to be a responsible architect, which architecture should be designed for people and could solve some social issues. The critical thinking and design skills well prepared me for my master study at University of California, Berkeley.
I have enjoyed integrating architectural space with technology when I was pursuing my M.Arch degree at University of California, Berkeley. I am particularly interested in XR(Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality), so I took the VR and some cs classes in order to be able to render the materials of the architecture and implement interactions that people can interact with the building in XR environment. I have done several VR projects and one AR project, like iOS AR application for children in a constrained indoor environment, educational VR game simulating people with disabilities and VR museum reproduce an unused museum.
I have graduated from UC Berkeley currently, and will continue master of computer science study at Northeastern University. I hope to integrate technology with architecture and design, which can serve a larger scope of people.
